Roadmap
How Brind works for you

Manage
An ISMS isn’t a one-time project—it must continuously evolve with business needs, emerging threats, and cybersecurity maturity. The Brind platform helps you manage cybersecurity using selected frameworks as a guide, while enabling centralized oversight of subsidiaries with the right permissions.

Control
The platform is built around cybersecurity control sets defined by frameworks, NIS2 requirements, or your organisation’s own standards—covering IT, OT, and cloud systems. Controls can be mapped together, allowing you to track what’s compliant, in progress, missing, or not applicable. You can also upload and manage evidence at multiple levels for streamlined oversight.

Analysis
The platform includes not only controls, but also proposed implementation guidance where available. You can assess risks, measure maturity across people, process, and technology, and prioritise actions from a business, cybersecurity, and IT perspective to guide development decisions. A built-in SWOT analysis further supports structured, business-driven improvement.

Action plan
In practice, fully complying with every requirement of a framework is often unrealistic and not always aligned with business priorities. That’s why we developed the Action Plan feature—supporting risk-based, structured cybersecurity improvement in line with best practices and common expectations.

Supply Chain
Brind is currently available as a pure SaaS solution. Soon, we will introduce an option that allows customers to store sensitive information and evidence on their own infrastructure. With this setup, if someone cannot access the internal network (on-site or via VPN), only a blank management interface will be visible externally.

Efficiency
Compliance is often highly administrative, so we’ve built features to minimise time and effort. The Magic Note function and smart shortcuts help you quickly structure content from previous assessments and other materials. Collaboration tools support teams and external consultants, while ensuring you remain fully in control of your sensitive data.

Audit support
As with all compliance obligations, NIS2 requires organisations to demonstrate progress in developing cybersecurity maturity. Member States apply different supervisory models—some conduct audits internally, others cooperate with private partners, and in some cases the process is fully outsourced. To support these approaches, we develop tailored functionalities aligned with legislation and our clients’ needs.

SaaS and on-prem
Future feature. Brind is currently available as a pure SaaS solution. Soon, we will introduce an option that allows customers to store sensitive information and evidence on their own infrastructure. With this setup, if someone cannot access the internal network (on-site or via VPN), only a blank management interface will be visible externally.

Resource planning
Future feature. When faced with requirements like NIS2, the first question executives and board members ask is: How much will it cost? CISOs also need clear visibility into the resources required to maintain current operations and the additional budget, manpower, and time needed for further maturity. We are developing an easy-to-use resource management function that leverages the data already managed in the platform to provide these insights.
Have you already identified the gaps in your cybersecurity maturity and NIS2 Directive compliance?
Visit the Cybersecurity Marketplace on the Brind Platform! Many of these gaps can be addressed in different ways—from policy design and testing to implementing and operating technical controls. Brind Marketplace simplifies the next step: select the controls you want to develop and connect with vendors and service providers best suited to close those gaps.
